About the Chamber
The Mountain View Area Chamber of Commerce maintains a visitor's center in downtown Mountain View and sponsors various events throughout the year to attract visitors to the area. The Chamber also works to strengthen the business community. The visitor's center is operated by our amazing volunteers who love this community. They are the ones who greet visitors in person and over the phone to provide them with information to ensure they have a great experience while visiting Mountain View.
The Chamber is comprised of a Board of Directors who are all Chamber Members representing businesses from the community. The daily operations of the Chamber are carried out by the Executive Director, Joanie Howell. Meetings are held every month on the 2nd Monday at 6:00 pm. Location changes throughout the year.
