Network of Community Options

Network of Community Options, Inc. began as Helping Hands School, Inc. in 1974 serving children with special needs. Over the years we have branched out to serve adults with developmental disabilities, infants and children with developmental delays, increased the number of counties served, and expanded the types of services available to include residential, employment, center based habilitation, and waiver-in-home supports. Network of Community Options, Inc. has been providing services to people with disabilities in Northeast Arkansas for over 45 years.

Because of the expansion of adult services, the agency name was changed to Network of Community Options, Inc. The name change better reflected the purpose of the agency in providing an array of service options and quality outcomes which require networking with community resources. Networking has enabled the individuals we serve to obtain success in their homes, schools, and communities. We employ over 400 people and serve approximately 450 Arkansans.

At Network of Community Options, Inc. our goal is to offer to families and individuals services that promote lifestyle changes and encourages success at home, in school, and in the community.
